works of said town as may be available to pay such inter-
est and principal as they become due, and only such amount
of such tax shall be annually collected as may be necessary
to meet any deficiency of available water revenues used for
the purpose aforesaid.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
constitute full and complete authority for the issuance and
sale of such bonds without regard to any other statutory
provisions or limitations now in force.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted. That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported
by three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the
two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 821.
(Senate Bill 424)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
217 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, being Section 194 of Higinbothom's Code of
Harford County, title "Harford County", ^ sub-title
"County Commissioners", to authorize and direct the
County Commissioners to meet at their office in Bel Air
at least one day in each week.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 217 of Article 13 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland, being Section 194 of Higin-
bothom's Code of Harford County, be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

194. The said County Commissioners shall meet at their
office in Bel Air for the transaction of the business of their
office at least one day in each week, and shall meet as often
as the public business requires.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
