said sections relating to bridges at McCool, Oldtown,
Wiley Ford, Luke, Kifer and Franklin and foot bridge
at Cumberland.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefor

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 39-54, inclusive, of Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Allegany County", sub-title "Bridges", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 806.
(Senate Bill 391)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "Montgomery County
Suburban District", said section to be known as Section
711A and to follow immediately after Section 711 of said
Article, providing that a certain portion of Section 1A
of Chevy Chase be removed from the Montgomery
County Suburban District, and providing that such re-
moval shall not release the property in said section from
the effect of bonds or other indebtedness heretofore
incurred.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it hereby is added to
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Montgomery County", sub-title
"Montgomery County Suburban District", said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 711A, to follow immediately
after Section 711 of said Article, and to read as follows:

711 A. On and after the effective date of this Act, the
following described area shall no longer be included within
the Montgomery County Suburban District:

"Part of Section 1A as per plat recorded in Plat Record
Book No. 4, Plat 349 of the Land Records of Montgomery
