attendance as are allowed by law to duly selected Jurors.
It shall be the duty of said Jury Judge, not less than 15
days before the commencement of each term of said Court,
in the presence of such practicing1 members of the Bar of
said Court shall think proper to attend, notice of the time
and place having been first given to said Bar through the
crier of said Court, to proceed to select from the poll books
of the several election districts of said County that shall
be last filed in the Clerk's office of said Court, provided for
in the preceding section, a panel to consist of the names of
two hundred (200) male persons to be fairly and impartially
selected by said Judge, with special reference to the intel-
ligence, sobriety and integrity of such persons and with-
out the least reference to their political opinions, to be
known as the Petit Jury Panel, and a panel similarly
selected to consist of the names of one hundred (100) male
persons to be known as the Grand Jury Panel; provided,
however, that no person shall be selected and placed upon
such panels as a juror who shall not have arrived at the
age of twenty-five years or who is over seventy years of
age, Judges of the Orphans' Court of said County, delegates,
coroners and constables during their continuance in office;
and also school masters, physicians, pharmacists and min-
isters of the Gospel shall be exempt from attendance as
jurors; and of the names of such persons, when so selected,
a list shall be made of each panel and a certificate thereto
appended by the said Judge that the said lists of names
have been duly selected in conformity with and according
to the spirit and intent of this Article, and which said lists
and certificates shall be filed with the Clerk of the said
Court and by him preserved as other proceedings of said
Court are kept; and no property qualification shall be re-
quired of any juror drawn as herein provided.

Sec. 391-C. That in the selection of a panel to consist
of one hundred (100) male persons as provided for in Sec-
tion 391-A and to be known as the Grand Jury Panel, the
total of one hundred names shall be selected from the fif-
teen districts of said County in the following proportions:
eight names from District No. 1, seven names from District
No. 2, six names from District No. 3, six names from Dis-
trict No. 4, six names from District No. 5, six names from
District No. 6, six names from District No. 7, seven names
from District No. 8, eight names from District No. 9, six
names from District No. 10, six names from District No. 11,
seven names from District No. 12, seven names from Dis-
trict No. 13, seven names from District No. 14 and seven
names from District No. 15.
