such other seed oysters as may have accumulated or may
from time to time accumulate in areas where it is not likely
they will develop into desirable marketable oysters.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or
parts of Acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And b. e it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1? 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (Allegany County) of Section 100 of Article 52 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
''Justices of the Peace, " sub-title "Trial Magistrates
System, " relating to the compensation of trial magis-
trates in Allegany County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sub-section (Allegany County) of Section
100 of the Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace, " sub-title
"Trial Magistrates System, " be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
(Allegany County. ) There shall be ten trial magistrates,
two of whom shall sit for the trial of cases in the City of
Cumberland, two at Frostburg, one at Westernport,
one at Lonaconing, one at Mt. Savage, one at Midland,
one at Cresaptown and one at Barton. The trial
magistrates at Cumberland shall each receive an annual-
salary of not less than $3, 600. The trial magistrates at
Frostburg shall each receive an annual salary of not less
than $1, 200. 00. The trial magistrates of Westernport, Lon-
aconing, Mt. Savage, Midland, Cresaptown and Barton
shall each receive an annual salary of not less than $600. 00,
provided that the salaries paid to trial magistrates in
Allegany County shall be paid by the County Commis-
sioners and the incorporated towns in the same manner
as now prescribed by statute, but the County Commis-
