Together with the right to create, use and maintain on
or across the adjacent land of the grantors such water-
ways and/or inlets and outlets as are necessary for the
drainage structure indicated in the upper left-hand corner
of Plats Nos. 4349 and 4352.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 776.
(Senate Bill 264)
AN ACT to authorize the Board of Public Works and the
Board of Correction, as Trustees for the State, to convey
to the State of Maryland to the use of the State Roads
Commission, its successors and assigns, certain land and
easement rights in Anne Arundel and Howard Counties
needed for highway purposes now held by the Board
of Correction, as Trustees for the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Board of Public Works and the Board
of Correction, as Trustees for the State be, and they are
hereby authorized to convey to the State of Maryland to
the use of the State Roads Commission, by proper deed,
all the right, title and estate held by the Board of Correc-
tion, as Trustees for the State, in and to all that land
situate in Anne Arundel and Howard Counties, Maryland,
lying between the lines designated "Rights of Way Lines"
as shown and/or indicated on State Roads Commission's
Plats Nos. 4645, 4649, 4702, 4650, 4748, 4651, 4652 and
4703 on file at the office of the State Roads Commission,
at Baltimore, entitled "Grade Separation at Jessup", con-
taining 6. 3 acres more or less.
Together with the right to create, use and maintain on
the area of land shown hatched ///////7 thus on the
hereinbefore mentioned Plats Nos. 4645, 4649, 4702, 4650,
4748, 4651, 4562 and 4703, such drainage structures and
facilities as are necessary to adequately drain the roadway
and/or adjacent property, and such slopes as are necessary
to retain such roadway and adjacent property.
