017 ADVERTISING SIGN PERMITS':

To the State Roads Commission the entire income re-
ceived from the issuance of Advertising Sign Per-
mits, such revenue to be expended in the beautifi-
cation of such road sides or slopes as may be
selected. The amount named herein is an estimate
only, it being the intention that the entire pro-

018 TRUCK LICENSE FEES AND FRANCHISE TAXES:

To the State Roads Commission, 100% of all income
produced by trucks of the State, either as pay-
ment for license fees, franchise taxes, or other pur-
poses, without any deduction therefrom, except as
herein provided. The entire proceeds from these
sources are to be set over to the use of the State
Roads Commission and expended by it for interest
and annual payment of principal as required, on
Bond obligations of the S'tate' Roads Commission,
as herein provided; the remainder of these incomes,
after deducting annual debt service, is to merge
with the income produce'd by the Two Cent (2c)
Gasoline Tax, Income from Commissioner of Motor
Vehicles and Traffic Courts, and 70% of such
amount reverting, is to be expended by the State
Roads Commission for general maintenance or re-
construction of the State System of Roads. The
remaining 30% of the above revenue is to be paid
by the Comptroller of the Treasury to Baltimore1
City at the close of each fiscal year, and is to be
applied by Baltimore City in the same manner as -
the City's proportionate share of 30% of the Two
Cent (2c) Gasoline1 Tax and Income from Commis-
sioner of Motor Vehicles...................... $808,595.46 $849,025,23

to merge and consolidate with the Two Cent (2c)
Gasoline Tax and Commissioner of Motor Vehicles
Income', of which the State Roads Commission's
