Pocomoke Elver:

Whiton Crossing: 3 miles south of Powellville.

St. Mary's County

Park Hall Run: State Highway No. 5.

Great Mills Run: State Highway No. 5.

Town Run: State Highway No. 5.

McIntosh Run: 100 yards above State road at Clements.

Chaptico Run: Chaptico bridge,

Calvert County

Patuxent River: St. Leonard's Creek at St. Leonard's bridge

onvmain road to Solomons.
Battle Creek: Bridge that crosses same about two miles east

of Bo wens.
Parker's Creek: Bridge on public road from Dares to Port

Republic.
Hunting Creek: At old bridge on old main highway about

100 yards west of the new Southern Maryland Boulevard.
Hall's Creek: Bridge on Southern Maryland Boulevard.
Lyon's Creek: Bridge on Southern Maryland Boulevard.
Fishing Creek: Beaver dam about 1% miles from the mouth

of the Creek at Chesapeake Beach.
Plum Point Inlet: About % of a mile from Bay between

Plum Point and Breezy Point.

OBSTRUCTION TO PASSAGE OF FISH.

89. It shall be unlawful to place or set any net or any other
device in or across any stream thereby preventing fish from
having free access up and down any stream at any time; pro-
vided, however, dams may be built on which fish ladders shall
be maintained under the provisions of this Act.

FISH LADDERS.

90. Every owner of a dam or dams upon any of the non-
tidal waters of this State is hereby required to make and keep
in repair, or cause to be made and kept in repair, and placed
upon said dam or dams at least one fish ladder of such a char-
acter as to enable fish to have a free course up and down said
waters at all times. But in lieu of requiring the erection of
such fish ladder or ladders pursuant to the above provisions
and in lieu of requiring the construction and maintenance of
fish ways or fish ladders pursuant to the provisions contained
