SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall

AN ACT repeal Sections 109-114, inclusive, 116-123, inclu-
sive, and 125-137, inclusive, of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Calvert County", subtitle "Dogs and Foxes", and to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 331 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Licenses", subtitle "Dog Licenses in the
Counties", repealing the local laws of Calvert County
as to dog licenses and exempting Calvert County from
the State-wide dog license law.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-
section (2) of Section 7 of Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Revenue and
Taxes", sub-title "Ordinary Taxes", sub-heading "What
Shall Be Taxed and Where", to exempt the real and per-
sonal property of incorporated fire companies from taxa-
tion.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sub-section (2) of Section 7 of Article 81
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Revenue and Taxes", sub-title "Ordinary Taxes", sub-
heading "What Shall Be Taxed and Where", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
