CHAPTER 444.
(House Bill 640)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 15-38, inclusive, of Article 19 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "St. Mary's County", sub-title "Charlotte Hall. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 15-38, inclusive, of Article 19 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St.
Mary's County", sub-title "Charlotte Hall", be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it farther enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 445.
(House Bill 650)

AN ACT to repeal Section 230 of Article 14 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "How-
ard County", sub-title "Out-Pensions".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 230 of Article 14 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard Coun-
ty", sub-title "Out-Pensions", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 446.
(House Bill 638)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 9-14, inclusive, of Article 19 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
