SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the bonds author-
ized by this Act shall be sold in the manner prescribed by
Section 35 of Article 31 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition).

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the entire proceeds
from the sale of such bonds after payment of costs of engrav-
ing and all other incidental costs and expenses connected with
the issuance of the bonds shall be paid over at once by the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Allegany County to the Allegany County
Board of Education and shall be used at once by the Board of
Education, for the acquisition of a site and for the erection,
furnishing and equipping of a new school at Mount Savage
for elementary grades and for junior and senior high school
grades; for the acquisition of a site and for the erection,
furnishing and equipping of a new school at Lonaconing for
junior and senior high school grades; and for the acquisition
of a site and for the erection, furnishing and equipping of a
new school at Ellerslie for elementary grades; provided, how-
ever, that the Board of Education may, in its discretion, con-
struct any school authorized by this Act on any existing school
site, or part thereof. Any balance remaining after the ac-
quisition of the sites and the erection and equipping of the
above-mentioned buildings shall be paid to the County Treas-
urer of Allegany County and be used for paying the interest
on or redeeming any of said bonds.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted. That until all of the
bonds issued under this Act have matured and been redeemed,
the County Commissioners of Allegany County shall annually
levy a tax upon the assessable property of the County sufficient
to pay the interest on the bonds outstanding and the principal
of bonds maturing during the succeeding year.

SEC. 5. And 1)e it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1941.

Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Foxes", said new sec-
