lawful distance from shore and be established in the water,
when said stake shall be established on or before October 10th?
then such stake shall be termed as a blind as hereinafter pro-
vided. The licensee's name and number must appear on all
blinds erected if said blind is on the water or on the shore
bordering the water.

(b) No booby, brush or stage blind shall be licensed or
erected in the waters of Chester River and its tributaries
within the jurisdiction of Kent County except in those waters
lying between Durding's Creek and Deep Point; or between
Wickes Beach Point, on Wickliffe Farm, and Grave Yard Point,
on Spencer Hall Farm, on Eastern Neck Island and no booby,
brush or stake blind shall be licensed or erected in the waters
of the Chesapeake Bay within the jurisdiction of Kent County
between the north end of Wilson's Point on Trumpetington
Farm and the mouth of the Chester River.

(c) This section shall not apply to any person who has
an established licensed blind or blinds located in the waters of
Anne Arundel County or in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay
opposite the shore line of said county prior to January 1, 1927,
and said licensee shall have the right to renew said license on
or before the first day of July of each year thereafter.

(d) No booby, brush or stake blind shall be licensed or
erected in the waters of Bohemia River and its tributaries,
within the jurisdiction of Cecil County.

69. Sale and Exchange. Whenever the Game Warden
shall deem it to the best interests of the State, he may, by
approval of the Commission and with the consent of
the Governor, authorize the exchange of any lands or
waters, or any part thereof, to which title has been acquired
by purchase, gift or otherwise, together with the buildings, im-
provements, appurtenances, thereof, for privately owned lands
of equal or greater value, and adapted for State Game Lands
for game and fish propagation; or may authorize the sale of
any lands or waters to which title has been acquired as afore-
said, or any part thereof, to the party or parties offering the
highest price therefor, after advertisement once each week,
for two consecutive weeks, in at least one newspaper in the
county or counties in which the land or waters are located.

(a) Such land or waters may, by consent of the Game War-
den and Commission, be used as State Parks in co-opera-
tion with any Department of this State empowered at pres-
ent with the supervision of State Forests or State Parks
or any department which may, by an Act of the General As-
sembly in the future, be empowered with the establishment,,
supervision, etc., of State Parks in this State.
