(House Bill 745)

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Mayor and Council of
Hagerstown to provide for the codification and publication
of the ordinances of said City and to include the cost thereof
in the next annual levy, and to authorize the said Mayor and
Council to sell copies of said Code.

CHAPTER 397.

(House Bill 22)

AN ACT to repeal Section 102 of Article 43 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Health", sub-title
"Tuberculosis".

WHEREAS, this section is a duplicate of Section 369 of
Article 27 of the Code; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted Toy the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 102 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Health", sub-title "Tuber-
culosis", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 279 and 280 of Article 43 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Health",
sub-title "Cerebro-Spinal Meningitis in Horses—Commis-
sion".

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore
