CHAPTER 339.
(Senate Bill 153)
AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition), being
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Montgomery County", to be under sub-title
"Frogs", said new section to be known as Section 365A
and to follow immediately after Section 365 of said
Article, relating to the taking and catching of bull frogs
in the waters of Montgomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to the Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County
(1939 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of. Maryland, title "Montgomery County", to
be under sub-title "Frogs", said new section to be known
as Section 365A, to follow immediately after Section 365
of said Article, and to read as follows:
365A. It shall be lawful, in Montgomery County, for
any person who has secured a resident angler's license,
to catch and take bull frogs on any day from July 1st to
March 1st, inclusive, between the hours of sunrise and
sunset. It shall be unlawful to catch or take bull frogs,
or hunt for same by means of lights or in any other man-
ner, at night or to catch, take or hunt for same between
March 1st and July 1st each year.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall
be guilty, of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined not more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00)
for each and every such violation.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 27 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes
and Punishments", sub-title "Boundaries", said new
section to be known as Section 24A, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 24 of said Article, making it unlaw-
ful for employees to remain upon the property of an
