HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 415

"Charles County", sub-title "Mills", said section relating
to the toll of horse mills or windmills in Charles County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 211 of Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Mills", be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 276.
(Senate Bill 381)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 13 and 14 of Article 9 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Charles County", sub-title "Benedict", said sec-
tions relating to the running at large of swine or geese
in the town of Benedict.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 13 and 14 of Article 9 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Benedict", be arid they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 277.
(Senate Bill 382)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 115-117 of Article 9 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Immigration Commission".
