Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00). The provisions of this
Section shall only apply in Montgomery, Talbot, Somer-
set and Worcester Counties.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 275
of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mont-
gomery County (1939 Edition), be and it is hereby re-
pealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 206.
(Senate Bill 272)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
235 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Harford County", sub-title "Court
House", said new section more definitely defining the
jurisdiction over and the care of the Court House and
the grounds surrounding it.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section, 235 of Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County",
sub-title "Court House", be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
Section 235. The Board of County Commissioners of
Harford County shall be responsible for the upkeep and
preservation of both the interior and exterior of the Court
House and the grounds surrounding the same. The Clerk
of the Court, the Register of Wills, the Treasurer and the
Supervisor of Assessments shall have jurisdiction over
their respective offices in the Court House as now located.
Any change of office arrangement on the first floor shall
be made by the Circuit Court, the Chairman of the Board
of County Commissioners and the holder of the office
affected, each having one vote. The Circuit Court for Har-
ford County shall have jurisdiction over the second floor of
the said Court House. The County Commissioners shall
have jurisdiction over the remainder of the interior of the
Court House, with exception of the space used by the
County offices heretofore enumerated for the storage of
their records.
