reduced by the sum of $208,000 in each, of the respective fiscal years, making the total
appropriations from General Funds to the Department of Public Welfare $4,328,943
in each of the fiscal years 1942 and 1943. The reduction of $208,000 to be applied by
the Board of Public Welfare subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works.
