6 A. M. or at any bar or counter on Sunday. In Talbot and
Somerset Counties it shall be unlawful for anyone to sell or for
any licensed dealer to deliver, give away or otherwise dispose
of any alcoholic beverages on Sunday. Any person selling or
any licensed dealer delivering, giving away or otherwise dis-
posing of such beverages in Talbot County or in Somerset
County on Sunday shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be fined not exceeding fifty ($50. 00)
dollars for the first offense and for each succeeding offense
shall be fined not exceeding one hundred ($100. 00) dollars, or
imprisoned in the County Jail for not more than thirty (30)
days, or be both fined and imprisoned, in the discretion of the
Court.

This section shall not apply to or affect Class F Licenses
issued under Article 2B of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 154.
(House Bill 266)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balt-
more County", sub-title "County Commissioners", said new
section to be known as Section 133A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 133 of said Article, authorizing the
County Commissioners of Baltimore County to enter into
contracts or agreements with respect to the effective dis-
position of tracts of land purchased by them at sale for
State and County taxes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "County Commissioners",
said new section to be known as Section 133A, to follow im-
mediately after Section 133, and to read as follows:

133A. The County Commissioners of Baltimore County
shall have full power and authority to enter into any contract
or agreement which may, in their judgment, be necessary and
proper for the effective disposition of such tracts of land as
