(e) Any person violating any provision of any regulations
which may be adopted by the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County pursuant to the authority vested in said
County Commissioners under the provisions of this Act shall,
upon conviction, be fined not more than Two Hundred Dol-
lars ($200. 00), and each day the violation continues shall be
a separate offense. "Person" shall include persons, individuals,
partnerships, associations, and corporations.
897C. This sub-title is in addition to and not in substi-
tution for any other applicable laws and shall not affect or
impair them. Where the regulations under this sub-title and
any other law or regulation differ, the more restrictive require-
ments shall prevail. The word "structure" as used in this Act
shall not be construed to include any poles, wires, or other
facilities of any public service corporation.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That, if any section, sub-
section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Act is for any reason
held to be unconstitutional, or the applicability thereof to any
person or circumstance is held to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this
Act, and the applicability thereof to other persons and cir-
cumstances shall not be affected thereby. The General As-
sembly hereby declares that it would have passed this Act and
each section, sub-section, sentence, clause and phrase thereof,
irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, sub-
sections, sentences, clauses or phrases might be declared un-
constitutional.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
'effect June 1, 1941.

(House Bill 530)
AN ACT to add 19 new sections to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince
George's County", to be under a new sub-title "Trailer
Camps and Coaches" said new sections to be known as Sec-
tions 983A to 983V, inclusive, to follow immediately after
Section 983 of said Article, relating to the regulation of the
operation, conduct, sanitation, use, maintenance, and li-
censing of trailer camps and trailer coaches.
