Phillips, his wife, by deeds from Joseph R. Landis all bearing
date the fifth day of December in the year nineteen hundred
and thirty-four and recorded among the said land records in
Liber 582, at pages numbered 284, 285, 287, and 288, respec-
tively, to which deeds reference is hereby made for a full and
particular description of the lands and premises hereby con-
veyed, the entire title to said properties having vested in
the said Mary A. Phillips as surviving tenant by the entireties
by reason ,of death of the said George E. Phillips.

58. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Sophia M. Geblein, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 196, folio 482, etc.

(a) The bequest of piano and piano stool to the Committee
of The Second Presbyterian Church Society or Congregation
in the City of Baltimore contained in Item Third of said Last
Will and Testament.

(b) The bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the Trustees
of the Presbytery of Baltimore contained in Item Eleventh of
said Last Will and Testament.

(c) The bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the Commit-
tee of the Second Presbyterian Church Society or Congrega-
tion in the City of Baltimore contained in Item Twelfth of
said Last Will and Testament.

59. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Annie E. Utermohle, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 197 folio 409 etc.

(a) The bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the Board of
Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United
States of America contained in Item First of said Last Will
and Testament.

(b) The bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the Board of
Home Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United
States of America contained in Item Second of said Last Will
and Testament.

(c) The bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the Committee
of the Second Presbyterian Church Society or Congregation in
the City of Baltimore contained in Item Fourth of said Last
Will and Testament.

(d) The bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Commit-
tee of the Second Presbyterian Church Society or Congrega-
tion in the City of Baltimore contained in Item Fifth of said
