County, Maryland, dated September 24, 1937, and recorded
among the Records of the Register of Wills in Baltimore
County, Liber J. P. C. No. 35, folio 539.

(a) To the Calvary Baptist Church, Towson, Maryland,
f 1,000.

(b) To the Maryland Division of The Salvation Army, In-
corporated, in the State of Georgia, U. S. A., the sum of $1,000.

53. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Harriet S. Lederer, late of Baltimore City,
Maryland, dated February 14, 1939, and recorded among the
Records of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber
J. H. B. No. 196, folio 267:

(a) To the Salem Hebrew Lutheran Mission of Baltimore
City, Incorporated, located at 1503 E. Baltimore Street, Balti-
more, Maryland, the sum of $50,000.

(b) To the Lutheran Deaconess Motherhouse and Training
School, located at 2500 West North Avenue, Baltimore City,
Maryland, the sum of $25,000.

(c) To The Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical Lu-
theran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Incorporated,
the sum of f 25,000.

(d) To St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Leiters-
burg, Washington County, Maryland, $1,000.

(e) To the Florence Crittenton Mission, located at Crit-
tenton Place and Thirty-Second Street, Baltimore City, Mary-
land, $1,000.

(f) To the First English Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, Maryland, f 50,000.

(g) To the Women's Home and Foreign Missionary Society
of the First English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more City, Maryland, $5,000.

54. To the following bequests contained in the Will of
Isabella E. Cunningham, recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore, in 1913, in Liber 116, folio 235:

(a) To the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Protestant
Church at Westminster, Maryland, f 1,250.00.

(b) To the Superannuated Fund Society of The Maryland
Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church
$1,250.00.

(c) To the Trustees of the North Baltimore Station of the
Methodist Protestant Church, as Residuary Legatee, the Resi-
due being $6,466.65.

55. To the deed from Walter E. Hess and Mrs. Kathryn
Ross Hess to the St. Luke Evangelical Church of Silver
Spring, said deed being recorded in the Land Records of Mont-
gomery County, in Liber C. K. W., No. 806, folio 157, the de-
