(300) feet therefrom to the present line of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District one-half (1/2) mile from the Dis-
trict of Columbia Line; and thence with said line northerly
or northeasterly to the boundary of said district at or near
the Marlboro Pike; and thence with said boundary easterly
to the place of beginning. The jurisdiction of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include
the territory above described, and said areas shall be subject
to all of the rules and regulations of the Commission and all
of the provisions of law relating to said District, including
taxes, assessments and benefit charges levied in all other parts
of said District.
SEC. 2. And t e U further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 893.
(House Bill 517)
AN ACT to add nineteen new sections to Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Harford County", sub-title "Electrical Examiners",
said new sections to be known as Sections 247A to 247S, and
to follow immediately after Section 247 of said Article,
creating a Board of Electrical Examiners, and providing for
the examination and licensing of electricians employed in
the installation of electrical apparatus and wiring in Har-
ford County.
SECTION 1. Be It enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That nineteen new sections be and they are hereby added
to Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Harford County", sub-title "Electrical
Examiners", said new sections to be known as Sections 247A to
247S, to follow immediately after Section 247 of said Article,
and to read as follows:
247A. The Board of County Commissioners of Harford
County may, in their discretion, on or before July 1, 1941,
appoint a Board and in which event the provisions
of this Act shall then become effective; which Board
shall be known as the Board of Electrical Examiners of Har-
ford County, and which shall consist of three persons, for the
purpose of examining into the qualifications and capabilities
