CHAPTER 863.
(Senate Bill 313)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Calvert County", sub-title "Court House Lot", said new
section to be known as Section 101A, and to follow im-
mediately after Section 101 of said Article, relating to
the parking of motor vehicles on the Court House Lot in
Prince Frederick.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-title "Court
House Lot", said new section to be known as Section 101A,
to follow immediately after Section 101 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
101A. No person, firm or corporation may park more
than one motor vehicle of any type, at any time, on the
Court House Lot, within a distance of two hundred (200)
feet of the State Highway.
Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall
upon conviction thereof, be fined not exceeding ten dollars
($10. 00) for each such violation.
This Section shall be enforced by the Sheriff and his
Deputies, by the special police officers of Prince Frederick
and by the State Police.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 864.
(Senate Bill 319)
AN ACT to establish the office of Supervisor of Construc-
tion and Roads of Prince George's County, providing
for the appointment and compensation of Supervisor
and Assistants, defining his and their duties and authori-
ties, and to establish and promulgate rules and regula-
tions governing the erection and repair of buildings and
the enforcement thereof.
