in the district to designate a representative to advise and con-
sult with the supervisors of the district on all questions of
program and policy which may affect the property, water sup-
ply, or other interests of such municipality or county.

SEC. 2. And 'be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

(House Bill 779)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 1A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title. "Aeronautics", sub-
title "Uniform Air Licensing Act", said new section to be
known as Section 31A and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 31 of said Article, relating to the authority of the
State Aviation Commission.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
1A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Aeronautics", sub-title "Uniform Air Licensing Act", said
new section to be known as Section 31A, to follow immediately
after Section 31 of said Article, and to read as follows:

31A. Notwithstanding anything in this Article to the con-
trary, the Commission is empowered to confer with or to hold
joint hearings with any Federal aeronautical agency in con-
nection with any matter arising under this Article, and the
Commission is further empowered to offer to any such Federal
agency its cooperation, services, records and facilities, and to
avail itself of the cooperation, services, records and facilities
of any such Federal agency, as fully as may be practicable in
the administration and enforcement of this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
