appear desirable that payment or delivery should be withheld
because of national or international action (other than action
by the United States of America) affecting such money,
property or value or the full use and enjoyment thereof, the
Orphans Court or any other court having jurisdiction of the
estate or trust may direct that such money or other property
shall be paid or turned over to the Register of Wills or the
clerk of the court for the ultimate benefit of such legatee,
distributee or beneficiary or such person or persons as may
thereafter appear to be entitled thereto, to be paid or delivered
to him or them only when and as it shall be established that
such party will personally fully enjoy the advantage and bene-
fit thereof. Such money or other property so paid into court
shall be paid out or delivered only by the special order of the
Orphans Court or of any other court having jurisdiction.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 772.
(House Bill 79)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
918 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition), title
"Baltimore City", sub-title "Police Examiners", providing
that members of the police force shall be given extra leave
of absence for certain overtime work.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 773.

(House Bill 92)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 80
of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-title "Mis-
cellaneous", providing that the terms "Injury", "Personal
Injury" and "Accidental Personal Injury", shall include
frost-bite and sun-stroke resulting from weather conditions.
