a license holder, except that sales of alcohol for bona fide com-
mercial or scientific use, and not for beverage purposes, may
be made upon permits issued by the Comptroller.

The fee for this license shall be $1, 000.

The payment of an additional fee of $200. 00 shall entitle
such license holder under this sub-section to another location
for the warehousing, sale and delivery of beer.

(b) A wine manufacturer's license shall entitle the holder
to manufacture, ferment and bottle wine from grapes grown
in Maryland, and to sell such wine to any other license holder.
The fee for this license shall be f50. 00.

(2) (a) A wholesaler's license shall entitle the holder to
purchase or import alcoholic beverages, to store or bottle the
same at the location therein described, and to sell alcoholic
beverages to any other license or permit holder. Such licensee
may sell for export to any person, under such regulations as
the Comptroller may prescribe, but shall not sell alcoholic
beverages to any person in this State other than a license or
permit holder.

The f ee for this license shall be f 1, 000.

The payment of an additional fee of $200. 00 shall entitle
such license holder under this sub-section to another location
for the warehousing, sale and delivery of beer.

The hours during which sale or delivery of alcoholic bever-
ages to retail license holders by holders of manufacturers' or
wholesalers' licenses may be exercised shall be from 6 A. M.
to 12 o'clock Midnight, on every day except Sunday, and the
day of any general, special or primary election.

(b) A beer wholesaler's license shall be issued by the Comp-
troller and the holder of such license shall be authorized
to sell, keep for sale and deliver, beer only at wholesale from
the central office or location which shall be designated in the
license, to any retail dealer in the County or City for which
the license is issued and to deliver to the purchaser or common
carrier for such delivery. The annual fee for such a license
shall be based upon U. S. population census and shall be as
follows: In Counties of 18, 000 population or less, $100. 00; in
Counties of more than 18, 000 population but less than
35, 001 population, f 150. 00; and in Counties of more than
35, 000 population and in Baltimore City, f 200. 00. Any person
obtaining such a license may sell in other Counties or Balti-
more City provided this privilege is applied for in the applica-
tion and the additional fees as provided above are paid to the
Comptroller, in which case the license granted will designate
the Counties and/or Baltimore City in which the licensee is
privileged to sell. If the application states that the appli-
cant or applicants propose to sell beer in more than one
County or Baltimore City, said applicant or applicants need
