2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Anne Arundel County", to be under a new sub-
title "Destroying Property Maliciously", said new section to
be known as Section 255A and to follow immediately after
Section 255 of said Article, and to read as follows:
255A. Any person who shall, in Anne Arundel County,
wilfully or maliciously damage or destroy any chair, counter,
amusement device, game, vending machine or device, bench
part or parts of buildings, sign, sea nettle guard net, fence,
fixture, toilet facility or fixture, light, instrument, locker,
table, mirror, screen, dining wear, drinking glasses, or other
equipment belonging to or used by any bathing beach amuse-
ment park, tavern, dance saloon, bathhouse, or other place
of public resort or amusement, shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more
than one hundred dollars ($100. 00) or sentenced to imprison-
ment for not more than six months or both.
SEC. 2, And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941. "

AN ACT to repeal Sections 521-528, inclusive, of Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Allegany County", sub-title "Racing Commission. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 521-528, inclusive, of Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Alle-
gany County", sub-title "Racing Commission", be and they
are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
