said new section to be known as Section 115A, to follow im-
mediately after Section 115 of said Article, and to read as
follows:
115A. Any solicitor, agent, broker, or examining physician
who knowingly makes any false or fraudulent statements or
representations in or in reference to any application for in-
surance, or who knowingly induces or causes such statements
to be made by an applicant or other person, shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction shall be sentenced to
pay a fine of one hundred dollars. Any solicitor, agent, broker,
or examining physician who is convicted of a second offense
under this section shall be disqualified from acting as an
insurance agent, solicitor, or broker for the period of one
year thereafter.
SEC. 2. And be It further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Pun-
ishments", sub-title "Cheltenham School for Boys", said new
section to be known as Section 697A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 697 of said Article, relating to the pay-
ment of pensions to employees of the Cheltenham School for
Boys.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Cheltenham School for
Boys", said new section to be known as Section 697A, to fol-
low immediately after Section 697 of said Article, and to read
as follows:
697A. The employees of the Cheltenham School for Boys
shall be entitled to full credit and service for the time they
