property sold to the respective purchasers thereof when
but not before the entire sale price therefor shall be paid.
487. The promoters of any theatrical performance,
troop or company, and the proprietors of any exhibition
or other public entertainment, or the owners or promoters
of merry-go-rounds or flying horses, who charge an admis-
sion shall be required to procure a license for each per-
formance, exhibition or entertainment; provided that in
such license shall not be required in cases where the exhi-
bition, entertainment or performance occur in licensed
house or theatre.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public health and
safety, and being passed upon a yea and nay vote sup-
ported by three-fifths of all the members elected to each
of the two Houses of the General Assembly the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 19 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"St. Mary's County" sub-title "Schools", said new sec-
tions to be known as Sections 202C and 202D and to
follow immediately after Section 202B of said Article,
authorizing the Board of Education of St. Mary's County
to provide certain transportation to children attending
certain schools in St. Mary's County and authorizing
the County Commissioners of said County to levy and
appropriate sufficient funds to pay for the costs thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That two new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County", sub-
title "Schools", said new sections to be known as Sections
202C and 202D and to follow immediately after Sections
202B of said Article and to read as follows:
202C. All Children, who attend schools in St. Mary's
County, which schools do not receive State aid, and who
