141. To the bequest of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,-
000.00) to the Vestry of Christ Church, located at the corner
of St. Paul and Chase Streets, in Baltimore, Maryland, con-
tained in the Will of Richard H. Thompson, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, for the purposes of endowing a pew in
said Church in memory of his Mother. Said Will bears date
the 17th day of May, 1938, and is recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills for Baltimore City, in Wills Liber
J. H. B. No. 198, Folio No. 375, etc.
142. To the devise contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Helen P. Childs, late of Chevy Chase, Maryland,
deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Montgomery County, Maryland, in Wills Liber H. G. C. No.
23, Folio No. 209, viz: The Presbyterian Society for Mis-
sions of the Presbytery of Washington, D. C.
143. To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Maud L. Wilson, of record in Wills Liber
T, Folio No. 26, one of the record books in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Allegany County, viz:
(a) Bequest of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
to the Centre Street Methodist Episcopal Church of Cum-
berland, Maryland, a body corporate, for its corporate pur-
poses.
144. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Tes-
tament of Sallie E. Dexter, late of Talbot County, deceased,
said Will being dated October 31, 1921, and duly admitted
to probate by the Orphans' Court for Talbot County on
March 21, 1939, as follows:
(a) To the Trustees of Emanuel Holiness Church
of Trappe, Maryland, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00), to be used where most needed.
145. To the sale, grant and deed of conveyance from
William E. White and wife, Mary E., to the Convention of
the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Wash-
ington, a corporation organized and existing by an Act of
Congress, dated April 18, 1922 and recorded June 7, 1922,
in Liber No. 181, Folio No. 191, one of the Land Records
of Prince George's County, Maryland, conveying Lots 1
and 2, Block 26, Johnson & Curriden's sub-division of
College Park.
146. To the sale, grant and deed of conveyance from
Samuel B. Philson and wife, Addie E., to The Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Wash-
ington, a corporation organized and existing by an Act of
Congress, dated May 20, 1922, and recorded June 7, 1922,
in Liber No. 181, Folio No. 192, one of the Land Records
