and Testament of Sallie Ann Baer, deceased, late of Fred-
erick County, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said County, in "Wills" Liber J. R. R, No. 1, Folio 418.

95. To the gift to the Catholic Charities of the Arch-
diocese of Baltimore, contained in Deed from Philip B.
McGuire, dated July 11, 1939, recorded among the Land
Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber J. H. H. No. 204,
Folio 220.

96. To the gift to the Baltimore Academy of the Visita-
tion, contained in Deed from Edward L. Ward, Trustee,
dated March 24, 1934, recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in/Liber S. C. L. No. 5422, Folio 311.

97. To the gift to Most Reverend Michael J. Curley,
Archbishop of Baltimore for the time being, and his suc-
cessors according to the discipline and government of the
Roman Catholic Church, a corporation sole, contained in
Deed from James A. McGivney, William E. Carley and
Lawrence J. Kelly, S. J., dated August 1, 1927, recorded
among the Land Records of St. Mary's County in Liber
J. M. M. No. 5, Folio 451.

98. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Henry Barton Jacobs, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
City, in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 198, Folio 144, viz:

(a) Vestry of Grace and St. Peter's Church,
under Items 12 and 15 of the Will.

(b) Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
