23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Wicomico County", subtitle "Foxes", said new
section to be known as Section 93A and to follow immediately
after Section 93, and to read as follows:

93A. It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to
have in his possession in Wicomico County any red fox pelt or
pelts. Any person violating the provisions of this section,
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined not more than fifty dollars for each such
violation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

Approved May 17, 1939.

CHAPTER 448.
(House Bill 241)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
209A of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, 1935 Supplement, as such section
was amended by Chapter 193 of the Acts of 1937, Regular
Session, title "Licenses", sub-title "Motor Vehicles", sub-
heading "Rules of the Road", to require school busses oper-
ating throughout the State to carry a special design and
color, to limit the speed of school busses, to require school
busses to carry a fire extinguisher, to require school busses
to have an emergency rear door, to require vehicles to stop in
front of and behind said school busses operating throughout
the State, to prohibit the use of vehicles marked as school
busses when not actually used as such, to require inspec-
tion of school busses, to exempt from the operation of cer-
tain portions of this Act cities and towns of more than five
thousand population, and to provide penalties for viola-
tion hereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Section 209A of Article 56 of the Annotated Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, 1935 Supplement, as
such section was amended by Chapter 193 of the Acts of 1937,
Regular Session, title "Licenses", sub-title "Motor Vehicle",
sub-heading "Rules of the Road", be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
