and Testament of Caspar T. Marston, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, duly probated and recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B.
No. 193, folio 317, etc., as follows: "I give and bequeath to
the Vestry of St. Michael and All Angels Protestant Epis-
copal Church located in Baltimore City, the sum of Two
Thousand Dollars ($2, 000. 00) to be added to the Endow-
ment Fund for the support of the Church. "
158. To the bequest contained in Item 3 of the Last
Will and Testament of Frank S. Lynn, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, duly probated and recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. No.
193, folio 562, etc., as follows: "I give and bequeath unto
the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels (Bal-
timore, Maryland) the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1, 0000. 00). "
159. To the bequest contained in Item 4 of the Last
Will and Testament of Harriet B. Lynah, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, duly probated and filed for record in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City on or about
January 10, 1939 (See Estate Docket J. H. B. No. 48, folio
301, etc. File 28604), as follows: "I give and bequeath to
the Vestry of St. Michael and All Angels, a Protestant
Episcopal Church of Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of One
Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) and I suggest that it be ex-
pended for the use and benefit of the Chapel of the Guar-
dian Angel at Huntington Avenue and 27th Street, Balti-
more, Maryland. "
160. To gift of $1, 000. 00 by Floyd Lankford to the Con-
vention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese
of Maryland, income to be used for the benefit of St. James
Church, Tracy's Landing, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
161. To Legacy of $5, 459. 71 to the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
under the Last Will and Testament of Richard T. Allison,
duly probated and now of record in the Register of Wills
Office of Baltimore County, Maryland, in Wills Liber
W. J. P. No. 15, folio 234, income to be used for the benefit
of St. James Church, Monkton, Maryland.

testant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, under
