purposes set forth in this Act, then no further appropriation
shall be made by the County Commissioners to any such fire
company or fire companies.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law, and necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
being passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all of the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 60.

(House Bill 67)

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County, " to be under sub-title "Wild Animals, "
said new sections to be known as Sections 526, 527 and
527A of said Article and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 525 of said Article, providing for the paying of bounties
for killing wildcats, weasels and foxes in Garrett County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That three new sections be and they are hereby added
to Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, " to be under sub-title
"Wild Animals" said new sections to be known as Sections
526, 527 and 527A of said Article and to follow immediately
after Section 525 of said Article and to read as follows:

526. Any citizen of Garrett County, Maryland, who shall
kill or destroy any wildcat, weasel or fox, within the limits
of Garrett County, shall be entitled to the following allow-
ance or bounty, viz. For each wildcat, the sum of Three
Dollars; for each weasel, the sum of Fifty Cents; for each
fox, the sum of Two Dollars.

527. In order to obtain such allowance, it shall be neces-
sary for the person, or parent, or guardian of person or per-
sons, killing such animal, to produce the skin or skins of such
animal, before the Clerk of the County Commissioners of
Garrett County, and at the same time make oath in due form
