and immediately after said election, due returns shall be
made to the Governor of the vote for and against said
proposed amendment as-directed by said Article 14 of the
Constitution.

CHAPTER 372.
(Senate Bill 61)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title
"Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, " sub-heading
"Non-Resident Owners and Operators, " said new section
to be known as Section 190AA, to follow immediately
after Section 190A of said Article, providing for service
of process against the personal representatives of a non-
resident motorist.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935
Supplement), title "Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, "
sub-heading "Non-Resident Owners and Operators, " said
new section to be known as Section 190AA, to follow imme-
diately after Section 190A of said Article, arid to read as
follows:
190AA. The provisions of Sections 190A and 190B of
this Article shall apply in any action or proceeding against
the personal representatives, executor, administrator, com-
mittee or otherwise, of a non-resident when such action or
proceeding arises out of any accident or collision in which
said non-resident may have been involved.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.
