cient to pay the annual interest on said bonds outstanding and
to redeem said bonds when they mature and become due, said
taxes to be collected as other taxes levied in said County are
collected.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immedi-
ate preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed upon by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths
of all of the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly the same shall take effect from the date of
its passage.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Alcoholic
Beverages", sub-title "Classes of Licenses", said new section
to be known as Section 3A and to follow immediately after
Section 3 of said Article, making it a crime in Washington
County for any person, on premises licensed for the sale of
any alcoholic beverages, to drink or consume alcoholic
beverages which are not licensed to be sold on said premises.
