1. The Board of Directors of the said Young Women's
Christian Association of Baltimore City shall consist of
not less than twenty-one directors.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.

(Senate Bill 125)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
233 of Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title, "Harford County, " sub-title, "County
Commissioners, " providing for payment of funds to the
Harford Memorial Hospital.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 233 of Article 13, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Harford County, "
sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:

233. The County Commissioners of Harford County
are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to pay to the
Harford Memorial Hospital, of Harford County, Mary-
land, on or before the first day of September, in each year,
the sum of thirty-five hundred dollars ($3500. 00), or so
much thereof as in the discretion of said County Com-
missioners they may in their judgment desire to pay to
said hospital, and the said County Commissioners may,
in their discretion, provide for and levy in 1939 and annu-
ally thereafter, on the assessable property in said county,
the amount of money necessary to pay said appropriation
or appropriations.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1939.
