AN ACT to exempt the game of cards known as Bridge
from laws prohibiting gaming in Montgomery and Prince
George's Counties.

(Senate Bill 290)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
12 of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland (1935 Edition), as enacted by Chapter
370 of the Acts of the Regular Session of 1937, title "At-
torneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact, " sub-title "Mis-
conduct of Attorneys—Negligence—Disbarment—Sus-
pension".

CHAPTER 317.

(Senate Bill 298)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
35 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1935 Supplement), title "Workmen's Compensation",
sub-title "Application of Article; Extra-Hazardous Em-
ployment", to include the members of the police force
of Montgomery County under the provisions of the
Workmen's Compensation.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 35 of Article 101 of the Annotated
