67-I. Said Board shall have full power to revoke for
proper cause any license or renewal of same after a full
hearing of all parties in interest, and all work installed
under this sub-title shall be in accordance with the Na-
tional Electrical Code.
67-J. Each license and renewal of same shall be in
force and effect only so long as an approved bond filed with
the said Board in accordance with the provisions of this
sub-title shall remain in full force and effect, and every
such license or renewal of same shall become utterly void
and of no effect should any such bond for any reason what-
soever become inoperative or ineffective, regardless of the
regular date of expiration of said certificate or renewal.
67-K. Any and all persons granted a license or renewal
of same shall display the same in a conspicuous place in
the office or place of business of such licensee.
67-L. Nothing in this sub-title shall be construed to pre-
vent any person from doing or performing any of the kinds
of work enumerated in this sub-title, provided that such
work is performed under the direction and supervision of
a duly licensed Master Electrician; but no such work, other
than minor electric repairs for the maintenance of estab-
lished plants, shall be performed excepting under such di-
rection and supervision of a duly licensed Master Elec-
trician, and the said licensed electrician shall be responsible
for any and all work so done under his direction and sup-
ervision.
67-M. Any person who shall practice or engage or con-
tinue in the work of a Master Electrician without having
complied with all the provisions of this sub-title, and any
person not licensed as Master Electrician, who shall do or
perform any such work except under the direction of a
Master Electrician, and any person having been licensed
as a Master Electrician and who shall fail to renew his
license as herein provided, and shall do or perform any
such work, or who shall violate any of the provisions of
this sub-title, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not
less than twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) nor more than five
hundred dollars ($500. 00) or to an imprisonment not ex-
ceeding ninety (90) days or both, in the discretion of the
court, and any such conviction shall ipso facto revoke and
annul any license that may have been issued to such person.
67-N. No license or renewal of same granted or issued
