cles shall not be bound to accept such stamped weights
or rated carrying capacity as correct.

Nothing in this section, or Class B shall be construed to
repeal or amend the law prescribing the fees to be paid
by motor vehicles operating for hire with a permit from
the Public Service Commission. In the event any of the
motor vehicles hereinbefore set forth in Class B shall also
operate in interstate commerce, they shall pay the road
mileage tax for the use and maintenance of the roads as
provided elsewhere.

Class C. Motor Cycle. Five ($5. 00) dollars per annum
for each motor cycle.

Class C. Motor Wheel. Three ($3. 00) dollars per
annum for each bicycle with motor attachment.

Class D. Dealer. Twenty-five ($25. 00) dollars for the
first two sets of tags or markers issued to each manufac-
turer, dealer or distributor in motor vehicles other than
motor cycles registered under the provisions of Section
179A of this Article and $3. 00 for each additional set of
tags issued each such manufacturer, dealer or distributor.
Such registration tags shall be interchangeable among
the cars owned or used by such manufacturer, dealer or
distributor during the current year in which issued.

Class R. Motor Cycle Dealer. Twenty ($20. 00) dollars
per annum for each four registration tags issued a dealer
in motor cycles and five ($5. 00) dollars for each addi-
tional tag issued such dealer, such tags to be interchange-
able as in case of dealers in other motor vehicles.

Class F. Hiring. Thirty-two (32¢) cents per horse power
or fraction thereon in the case of all motor vehicles oper-
ating for the purpose of transporting persons for hire upon
any of the public highways of this State other than
motor vehicles operating on fixed schedules, the registra-
tion fees of which are fixed by other specific provisions of
law, and provided that said charge shall be in lieu of all
other taxes, fees or charges of every kind upon said motor
vehicles or upon the receipts of those operating the same
except the taxes imposed upon the same as personal prop-
erty.

Class G. (1) Semi-trailers with not more than two
wheels and equipped with rubber tires shall be divided into
five classes based upon the gross shipping weight of the
