Any excess receipts in the State Game Protection Fund at the end of the Fiscal Year after the
payment of appropriations herein made to the State Game Department, shall not revert to the
General Treasury but shall be made available to the State Game Department by Budget Amendment
authorizing the use of excess receipts approved in the usual manner.

In the event of Senate Bill No. 266 or House Bill No. 481 becoming law, the foregoing appropria-
tion to the State Game Department is to become available to the department created to supersede
the State Game Department; and the Board of Public Works is hereby authorized to revise the title
and the said appropriation to conform to the requirements of the new law.
