In the event of Senate Bill No. 264 or House Bill No. 480 becoming law, the foregoing appropria-
tion to the Conservation Department is to become available to the department created to supersede
the Conservation Department for salaries and expenses of the General Department and to include
the further development of the Biological Laboratory at Solomons; and the Board of Public Works
is hereby authorized to revise the title and the said appropriation to conform to the requirements
of the new law.
