tion to be known as Section 59B and to follow immediately
after Section 59A of said Article, providing that the name
or names of persons, firms or corporations attached to cer-
tain documents offered for recordation shall be typewritten
or printed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
17 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement),
title "Clerks of Courts", sub-title "Clerks of Circuit Courts",
said new section to be known as Section 59B, to follow imme-
diately after Section 59A of said Article, and to read as
follows:

59B. Any person, firm or corporation offering for recorda-
tion in the Clerk's office any deed, mortgage, lease, agreement,
conditional sales contract or any other recordable instru-
ment, or offering for recordation in the Register of Wills'
office any bond or release, shall cause the name or names of
every person, firm or corporation attached to said document
or instrument to be typed or printed directly above or below
the signatures of said persons, firms or corporations. The
Clerk, or the Register of Wills, as the case may be, shall, in
addition to the fee or charge now allowed by law, charge one
dollar ($1. 00) as an extra fee or charge for failure to comply
with the requirements of this section.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 266.
(House Bill 505)

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "Washington Suburban
Sanitary District", said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 990D and to follow immediately after Section 990C of
said Article, as said section was enacted by Chapter 140 of
the Acts of 1937, adding one additional area to said Dis-
trict, said area lying immediately west of the Western
boundary of the said District and fronting on the Conduit
Road in Montgomery County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That one new section be and is hereby added to Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
