by a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00),
or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than
ninety days, or both.
928D. Prosecutions under this Act shall be in the police
court of said County or before any justice of the peace in said
County.
928E. The provisions of this Act shall not apply to any
sewage system connected with and served by the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission or by any incorporated town
which has a municipal sewage disposal system.
928F. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to repeal or
affect any powers of the State Department of Health under
the provisions of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 184.
(House Bill 450)
AN ACT to add four new sections to Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Har-
ford County", sub-title "County Commissioners", as the same
was amended by Chapter 509 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, 1935; and as further amended by
Chapter 163 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, 1937, to follow Section 234P of said Article, and to
be known as Sections 234Q to 234T, inclusive, authorizing
and empowering the County Commissioners of Harford
County to borrow upon the faith and credit of Harford
County a sum of money not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dol-
lars ($50, 000. 00) at a rate of interest not to exceed three
percent., for the purpose of constructing a county hospital
for Harford County; and providing for the levying of taxes
by said County Commissioners to repay the loan and in-
terest thereon, and providing that said loan and every part
thereof and the interest payable thereon, shall remain ex-
empt from State, county and municipal taxation.
