CHAPTER 179.
(House Bill 448)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Roads", said new section to be
known as Section 416A and to follow immediately after
Section 416 of said Article, authorizing the County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel County to accept and take over
certain alleys located in the village of Glen Burnie.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Roads", said new
section to be known as Section 416A, to follow immediately
after Section 416 of said Article, and to read as follows:

416A. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County are hereby authorized to accept and take over all the
alleys located in the village of Glen Burnie as shown on the
plat of the Furnace Creek Mining and Manufacturing Com-
pany recorded in the land records of the Clerk of the Court of
Anne Arundel County, on the condition that any deeds, titles
or other necessary papers shall be furnished to said County
Commissioners without cost to the County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

(House Bill 456)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title 'Wor-
cester County", sub-title "Ocean City", said new section to
be known as Section 147A and to follow immediately after
Section 147 of said Article, relating to additional license
fees which may be imposed by the Mayor and City Council
of Ocean City.
