budget, and it shall show especially if any item of said budget
has been exceeded and how much. A copy of the said audit
shall be delivered by the Auditor to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Dorchester County, and the judge of the Circuit
Court who delivers the charge to the grand jury, at the Novem-
ber session thereof, in each year, shall call the attention of
the grand jury to the said report and shall state to the grand
jury any item of said budget that may be overdrawn and how
much said item has been overdrawn. The court shall also call
the attention of the grand jury to the penalty for expending
money on any item of said budget in excess of the amount
levied for and stated in said budget. An itemized statement
of all expenditures of the County Commissioners for Dor-
chester County shall be published every three months, showing
the expenditures for the preceding three months, in such news-
paper or newspapers having general circulation in Dorchester
County and the City of Cambridge, as said Commissioners
shall determine. The said itemized statement shall show the
amount, to whom paid and for what purpose each expenditure
was made.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Gal-
vert County", sub-title "County Commissioners", said new
section to be known as Section 86A and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 86 of said Article, authorizing the County
Commissioners of Calvert County to employ a Special Police
Officer for Prince Frederick and vicinity, and relating to Ms
compensation, powers and jurisdiction.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Calvert County", sub-title "County Commission-
ers", said new section to be known as Section 86A and to fol-
low immediately after Section 86 of said Article and to read
as follows:
