transportation of children to schools not receiving state
aid.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County, " sub-title
"Schools, " said new section to be known as Section 202B,
to follow immediately after Section 202A of said Article,
and to read as follows:
202B. The County Commissioners of St. Mary's County
are hereby authorized and empowered to levy and appro-
priate for the school year 1939-1940 and for every school
year thereafter, the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10, 000. 00) for the transportation to and from school of
children attending schools in St. Mary's County not receiv-
ing state aid. The funds thus levied and appropriated shall
be expended in such manner and on such terms and condi-
tions as the said County Commissioners shall determine.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1939.

AN ACT to add seven new sections to Article 48 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "In-
spections, " to be under sub-title "Insecticides and Fungi-
cides, " said new sections to be known as Sections 105A-
105G, and to follow immediately after Section 105 of
said Article, regulating the registration, sale and han-
dling of insecticides and fungicides.

land (1924 Edition), title "Inspections, " to be under sub-
title "Insecticides and Fungicides, " said new sections to be
