shall be the duty of said Commission to compile, edit, pub-
lish and distribute pamphlets and other literature descrip-
tive of sport fishing, water industry, oysters, crabs, seafood
products and other natural resources and the recreational
areas and places of scenic and historic interest in the State
of Maryland, which would bring to the attention of the
people of the whole country the valuable recreational and
national resources of the State and would be of interest to
visitors to the State. Said Commission shall maintain its
office in the City of Annapolis.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That there shall be
included in the State Budget for each year the sum of
twenty-one thousand dollars ($21, 000. 00) to be used by
said Commission in payment of the compensation of any
assistants or employees and all costs and expenses incurred
by the Commission in compiling, editing, publishing and
distributing the pamphlets and other literature herein-
before authorized.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
2 of Article 72 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935
Supplement), title "Oysters, " sub-title "Tonging, "
reducing the license fee for tongers.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 2 of Article 72 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Oysters, "
sub-title "Tonging, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments to read as follows:
2. Each and every license issued in conformity to the
provision of Section 1 of this Article shall state the name,
color, age and residence of the person to whom the license
is to be granted; the number thereof, and the county in
which the same is to be used, and every applicant for such
license shall pay to the clerks of the circuit court when
such license may be granted, and before the issuing and
