of all of the members elected to each of the two House of the
General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of
its passage.

CHAPTER 90.
(House Bill 271)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Fred-
erick County", sub-title "Myersville", said new section to be
known as Section 622A, and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 622 of said Article, making all rents, rates and charges
for the use and service of water, drains and sewers, as deter-
mined and charged by the Burgess and Council of Myers-
ville, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland,
liens upon the property used or served by said water, drains
or sewers, and providing that same may be collected in the
same manner as county or municipal taxes are collected.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Myersville", said
new section to be known as Section 622A, to follow immediate-
ly after Section 622 of said Article and to read as follows:

622A. The rents, rates and charges for the use or serv-
ice of water, drains or sewers, as determined and charged by
the Burgess and Council of Myersville, a municipal corpora-
tion, are hereby declared to be made liens upon the property
served by said water, drains or sewers, and that the same may
be collected in the same manner as county or municipal taxes
are collected.

SEC. 2. And be It further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.
