this sub-title, shall conform to and coincide with, so far as pos-
sible, the provisions and regulations of the United States Civil
Aeronautics Authority and amendments thereto.

20. The Commission shall provide for the issuance and ex-
piration, and for the suspension and revocation of licenses as
airmen to persons applying therefor in accordance with regu-
lations promulgated by it, which regulations, to carry out the
provisions and intent of this sub-title, shall conform to and
coincide with, so far as possible, the provisions and regulations
of the United States Civil Aeronautics Authority and amend-
ments thereto.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 690.
(House Bill 828)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 369
of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition) title "Caroline County", sub-title "Liquor
and Intoxicating Drinks", prohibiting the sale of spirituous,
vinous, malt or fermented or other intoxicating liquors, or
the taking of orders thereof, or the possession thereof for
the purpose of sale within the limits of Caroline County;
prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions
thereof, and providing further that nothing in this Act
shall be construed to interfere with any prosecution that
has or may hereafter be commenced for any violation of
this section hereby repealed and re-enacted, happening pre-
vious to the date this law becomes effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Section 369 of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks", be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

369. It shall be unlawful tor any person or persons, firm
or corporation, directly or indirectly, to sell or otherwise dis-
pose of, by way of barter, or give away in any place of busi-
ness within Caroline County, any spirituous, vinous, malt or
