of Saint Mary's Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Maryland,
as contained in the Last Will and Testament of Mary M. Clop-
per, deceased, of record in "Wills", Liber 18, folio 247, one of
the record books in the office of the Register of Wills of Wash-
ington County.

25. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Kate M. Rohrer, deceased, of record in
"Wills", Liber 18, folio 259, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) Bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to the Board of Trus-
tees of Pennsylvania College of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

(b) Bequest of one-third of the residue of the estate to the
National Home for the Aged of Washington, District of Co-
lumbia.

(c) Bequest of one-third of the residue of the estate to the
Tressler Orphans' Home, Loysville, Pennsylvania.

(d) Bequest of one-third of the residue of the estate to the
Church Council of Trinity Evangelical Church, Smithsburg,
Maryland.

26. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Jennie S. Newcomer, deceased, of record in
"Wills", Liber 18, folio 260, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) Bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to the Trustees of Mt.
Zion Cemetery Company for the upkeep of the burial lot.

(b) Bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the Fahrney Me-
morial Home for the Aged of Washington County.

(c) Bequest of the rest and residue of the estate to the
Trustees of Juniata College of Huntington, Pennsylvania.

27. To the bequest of Three Hundred Dollars to the Re-
formed Congregation of St. Paul's Church near Clearspring,
Maryland, as contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Emma C. Schnebly, deceased, of record in "Wills", Liber 18,.
folio 273, one of the record books in the office of the Register
of Wills of Washington County.

28. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Jane L. Hammond, deceased, of record in
"Wills", Liber 18, folio 284, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) Bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the Hagerstown
Charity School, the income to be used for the use of the Hag-
erstown Day Nursery.

(b) Bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the graveyard fund
of Zion Reformed Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.
